Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to turn off Recurring Donations Status Automation?

I'm having issues with it Lapsing and Closing my recurring donations in error and am having to reactivate some of them.
e.g. Monthly recurring donation has a last donation date 27/02/2023, next donation date 30/03/2023 and it was changed to Lapsed overnight.
I changed the settings to be 400 days to Lapsed and 500 days to Closed yesterday to try and stop it as yesterday they were all Closed.
I'm logging a support case as well, but thought I'd ask in case anyone else has seen similar issues. Thanks.
You can turn it off by blanking the Number of Days for Lapsed and Number of Days for Closed fields in NPSP Settings, have you tried that yet?
