In " Create Picklists and Field Dependencies " an error is being displayed showing that " Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1 The field 'Region__c' either does not exist on the Lead object or it is not of type Picklist. "

Actually I had to change the settings for language to english, and appear another "Lead" Object and I could set up there "Region" and now it is working. Thank you for your quick response and help
