Hello! I am trying to do the Set Up Salesforce Flow for Service challenge. However, it seems I've run into a problem. I am trying to edit the Case Page layout to add the Actions & Recommendations component.
- I am able to drag the Actions & Recommendations component onto the (recommended) left sidebar.
- I am able to define the deployment in component properties and activate the new layout in the default app Service Console.
- However, when I create a new case, I do not see the Actions & Recommendations component in the new/revised case page layout.
Help?
