Error in Trailhead Challenge?

I asked this question previously but I only got one answer.  Something is wrong with my computer or trailhead that is not letting me complete this challenge. If you look at the first picture, it says that it can't find a sharing rule that shares high-priority Projects with the Training Coordinator. 

However if you look at this second image, it shows that there actually is a sharing rule online and ready to use. I have tried resetting the page, restarting my computer, tried another browser, and recalculated the rule, and even did this same challenge on SF Classic, but nothing has worked. Every step beforehand was also completed and I don't get what's happening now. Help!!
