We're using Einstein Activity tracking and are on Enterprise. I'm wondering how to specify what record type to use and what values to populate in the fields when these events are created from google calendar.
Our SDRs work accounts & also receive inbound leads from the website. We want to track discovery calls set by the reps on both contacts and leads to get a measure of productivity. Currently our SDRs book meetings straight on the AE's google calendar and the event gets imported. I haven't found a great way to distinguish these type of events from other calendar events brought in by Einstein (aside from having our reps manually edit the events).
Hey @Kermit Del Rosario this is not sorted out yet. If you have any resources on working with event objects created from the google calendar integration that would be fantastic. we use outreach & the outreach plugin so the email pane view Sakshi mentioned does not work for us.
