grant application and program tracking

Hi,

I work for quite a complex organization who are looking to build out their grant application and program participation tracking in Salesforce. We work with 80 nonprofits, who make applications every year which contain a lot of data points. We want to track that application data every year on year.

Additionally, We run programs with these nonprofits and give $ grants. we would like to know: what programs they are participating in, and for the program manager be able to track their success in that program. I understand we might need 2 different things, but looking for some applications that could help! thank you.
