Hello -- hoping someone using Click & Pledge might offer guidance on how they handle online pledge payments that need to be applied to existing pledges? Can you convert an opportunity to an existing payment -- migrating data in fields to preserve them? For example, we had a payment to an existing pledge of $500 come in from a C&P form as an opportunity. We want to convert it to a payment, keeping the pay method and C&P data to track that it was an online transaction. I only know how to do this manually, which works for one time, but I'm more interested in others' resolutions for workflow and automation around online pledge payments to existing pledges using C&P.
