I've seen some great ideas (like this one - https://powerofus.force.com/hub-ideas/1038 - what a great idea) pop up on the new Ideas section of the HUB (you get to it from the top blue menu area).  I can't wait to see more!

I know folks out there in HUB-land have super smart ideas for improving NPSP, HEDA and the HUB, so I say, Go For It, if you have an idea for improving this great software, lay it out there.  You never know, it might get into the product and I'll be sending you a thank you for suggesting a great feature that my nonprofit loves to use.

...and if you like an idea that's already on Ideas, vote it up!
