Background: A client had a old production instance. They requested a new trial instance to do a 'restart' on their system. Their licensing was transferred from their old production instance to the trail instance which is now live production. In the old production, they were testing out the volunteer sites and had created a site with a specific domain name. Now they would like to use that same domain name but they get the message that says the domain is in use.
