@Vilmarir Pagan - apologies over any confusion with the inclusion of the 'hed__' prefix. I was testing this out in a namespaced scratch org (face palm) based on the formula option @David Bruce mentioned.
Since Primary Educational Institution is not a managed field maybe try 'Primary_Educational_Institution__r.Name' instead and see if that works.
