forgive my poor English, I am a young Italian boy who has a blind friend and I wanted to know how he could adapt to join the salesforce family. Have any of you already had, or have you been faced with a similar case? May I have some advice on how and on the means to use to help my friend. A big thank you in advance.

Hi, @Nicola Linoti. I work for a small nonprofit (Blind Institute of Technology) that is a workforce development partner for Salesforce. We specifically teach blind professionals Salesforce Administration. I'm a graduate of the program and now an employee and teaching assistant. Using Salesforce when blind/low vision is absolutely possible. Dependent on how much vision he has, there are various tools he can use, including screen readers and magnification.
