I need some help figure out why the Global Actions button in the Lightning header (the little plus sign between the favorites and Trailhead link) has stopped working for our organization.
There is no error message, clicking the button simply has no effect. Where should I be looking within setup to figure out what is causing this error? We recently had a 3rd party come in to help set up Field Service Lightning for our service team, and I think it must be one of the settings they changed, but I have no idea where to look. It was working fine before we went live with the changes they made. #Global Actions

If you check within Setup > Publisher Layout and you should be able to see the different variants that are shown to users here and as a first step make sure the actions are still on the layout this button uses?
