I am looking to create a "drip" campaign for prospects in a certain status. I have it set, the issue I had is that I want people to be able to go through the campaign more than once if they end up being a "live lead".  I set it up to be able to go through after 5 days but I didn't realize it would run everyone through it in 5 days so of course it just sent out 7k of emails when it wasn't supposed to.  I used Marketo and it was so much easier for these campaigns.  here is the breakdown:

  1. status change to non-responsive
  2. change date to today
  3. wait 1 day if the date is greater than 9/29/21 - send email
  4. wait 14 days check list to make sure they are still non-responsive
  5. send email

I set it up this way so only the new leads will get the email. HOWEVER after the 5 days everyone ran back through the list.. I don't know how to fix this.

    Hi Stephaine ,

One way would be create a separate dynamic list of the prospects which has already been a part of this drip campaign and use this list as a Suppression List. Create another automation rule to remove the prospect from the above created dynamic list when they converted to the 'Live Lead' so they again able to be the part of this campaign.

Another Solution would be creating two different campaign one 'Drip Campaign' and another 'Live Lead' and manage the prospect criteria separately which will be more more easier.

    Thanks.
