Help please Automate your business process.

Hello, I am in Automate your business process and trying to complete the module. I am in Queues and trying to add members but couldn't see the member's name ( Aaron Hartzler ) and Fumiko Suzuki.

    I am a member of the Trailhead Support Team, Could you please verify have you created Users Aaron Hartzler and Fumiko Suzuki as mentioned in the Unit Manage User Access?
