I have a validation rule that works in standard Salesforce and isn't working for me from the Lightning Community.
On the account object I have a picklist field that has a value "LEGACY SUPPORT".
I have a validation rule on Case as follows:
As an internal user when I go raise a case for that account I get the error as I expect:
When I log in as a community user, the rule does not fire and a case is submitted.
Any ideas why this might be the case?

Hi Patrick,
Not sure but have you checked that the community user have access to Account object and Entitlement Field.
