Auto-responses going to the sender and not the reply-to email address

According to Knowledge Article Number 000320469, "Although using a custom Reply To address is recommended if you're sending on behalf of someone else in your organization, it is ultimately up to the recipients’ mail server to decide if that specification is honored." What are the best practices to get around this so Assigned Users aren't flooded with automated "out of office" replies?

Hi Juliana,    You might have to check with mail server team   https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11769626/mail-server-altering-reply-to-address   Setting change on mail server should help
