1- Capable of deploying 200K+ contact at once
2- Confirmation that the email was successfully delivered or failed/bounce back
3- A list/campaign that will automatically aggregate contacts that meet the criteria. I don’t want to recreate the list with every deployment.
4- Free or modestly priced.
So far ; I’ve looked at Mailchimp & iContact. Can anyone suggest such a tool. Thanks so much.

Hi Erin,
iContact is probably one of the most widely used appexchange solutions for the issue. Its got outstanding ratings and everyone that I've dealt with that uses it has had nothing but great things to say about the solution. Take a look here and see if it might be able meet your business requirements!
