We are terminating a partnership with a company that set us up in a partner community. Can I test the effect of disabling their product in a sandbox?

I am concerned about disabling the parts of Salesforce that this company has installed in our instance. Is there a way to test the disablement using a sandbox?

I have administrative rights to the Salesforce instance that we own.
