Remove and Reinstall Salesforce Outlook for Mac Plugin

I'm having an issue with the connection in the standalone Outlook on Mac. Works in the online/browser version of Outlook. How do I remove and reinstall the SF for Outlook on MAC?

    Ask your IT guy to give the required permission. Than it should work.
