I recieved this morning a mail asking me to link my webassessor and trailheads account to maintain my "Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Maintenance (Spring '17)" by today if I do not want to lose that certif.
Linking those 2 accounts should be done by following instructions recieved the day before : thing is that I have not recieved yesterday's email.

(Note I took in Trailhead that maintenance exam a few months ago : that certif is quoted there as passed

2- This is when you would have received an email from trailhead for maintaining the certification.
