how do I see Salesforce contacts in my outlook contacts?

I need to be able to see my salesforce contacts in my outlook contacts. We installed the lightning for outlook plugin and some users have a Salesforce sync folder in their outlook contacts folder and they can see Salesforce contacts in their outlook. Some users don't have a Salesforce sync folder so they can't see Salesforce contacts. How do I enable the uesrs that cant see Salesforce contacts in their outlook be able to see them

Make sure your user has a permission of "Read on contacts AND Contact sync direction set to Salesforce to Outlook".

Hi LG. You would have to make sure that all users who would need to have their contacts sync from Salesforce to Outlook, are added to the Lightning Sync configuration. Once this has been done, they would also be able to see the "Salesforce_Sync" folder in their Outlook and their contacts would flow from Salesforce to this folder in Outlook.    https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=exchange_sync_admin_configurations.htm&type=5
