With the holiday season approaching I'm trying to figure out the best criteria to input into the Case Auto-Response Rule if we want to customise the response to be sent only on certain dates. ie. 25 Dec, 26 Dec and 1st Jan only.
Can someone please point me toward the correct fields to select for the criteria? Thank you.

@Victor So Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot this request and record your steps! This is quite a steep learning curve for me, as I'm not at all familiar with using formulas, so it make take some digesting on my part. Really appreciate your efforts.
