Hi All, We recently created a custom object on our salesforce sales cloud instance which contains our unqualified pool of marketing contacts we run demand generation and end user campaigns to. These contacts don't have a verified relationship with an account and therefore don't sit well in the contacts object. In order to record transactions against those marketing contacts we created a custom object that holds a record per transaction. Both custom objects are junctioned together. This means there are many transactions to one end user record. Now when we go to reporting, we are unable to run a report on the marketing contacts who have purchased with one record per individual, we can only run a report that contains all of the transactions against those end users thus duplicating the end user by the number of transactions, into the report. As they are custom objects we are unsure of how to proceed in configuring the correct report structure.

Does anybody have experience of these issues?

Thank you,
