Meet Patryk, MuleSoft Ambassador, MuleSoft Certified Architect and Integration Professional
To me, being a Trailblazer means trying new things, exploring, thinking outside the box, and getting out of my comfort zone. These are also good qualities for a great leader to have.
When did you first hear about MuleSoft and Trailhead?
I heard about MuleSoft back in 2012 when I needed to find an ESB solution that would best fit customer needs. Since then I have worked constantly with it. At PwC Poland I got the opportunity to further specialize in Anypoint Platform. When MuleSoft joined Salesforce, I started to hear about Trailhead. I got started on Trailhead in September 2018!
What do you like about Trailhead?
Personally, I believe that IT professionals should have not only good technical knowledge but also well-developed interpersonal skills. That's what I like about Trailhead: its versatility. Learning on Trailhead is a great way to become an expert who is heard and understood.
What do you enjoy about being a part of the Community?
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a big enthusiast of MuleSoft, which was the main reason why I became the MuleSoft Meetup Leader in Warsaw. I'm always eager to share my knowledge and experience with others, and being part of this community allows me to do so! When I first started working with the Mule runtime engine product, it was challenging to get a good grasp just by reading docs. The community helped me and I want to pay that forward.
What does being a Trailblazer mean to you?
To me, being a Trailblazer means trying new things, exploring, thinking outside the box, and getting out of my comfort zone. These are also good qualities for a great leader to have.
What message do you have for people who are interested in learning about MuleSoft and Salesforce?
When you are new, you may feel a little bit overwhelmed by the abundance of features on Anypoint Platform. But there's nothing to worry about; you can start with some basic Trailhead badges or attend a free online course at MuleSoft.U. Everyone starts out at the same place, so reach out to the community for help! That's why we're here!
