Hey Everyone.

I need to configure a number of search driven redirects on BM to pass through to to the PWA. We've been using the managed runtime redirect feature to achieve this up to this point but it is limited and scale and control. What's the best way of doing this? Should search driven redirects just come through in the search API response?

Thanks

With the added support of hooks in SCAPI, you can add it to the response to use:

I have added this scenario to the HRA (Headless Reference Architecture) repo:

    https://github.com/taurgis/headless-reference-architecture/blob/main/cartridges/app_api_base/cartridge/scripts/hooks/search.js

Since only hits support custom attributes, all results are "cleaned" and replaced with a single hit containing the redirect.

It appears it has not been provisioned (activated in your contract). You will need to open a support ticket to provision it.

Hello friends!

Paul from Content Publishing here with some helpful content regarding PWA, Managed Runtime, and Headless Commerce.

Do you occasionally face challenges explaining technical terms and acronym-heavy concepts to stakeholders and team members? PWA, Managed Runtime, and Headless Commerce are many wonderful things, but simple is not one of them.

Thus, the Headless Commerce glossary. It supplements the PWA & Managed Runtime Expert Coaching Session by defining key terms and using those terms in sentences designed to tie all the concepts together; ensuring your team is aligned and ready to strategize, execute, and deliver incredible experiences for your customers.

Also be sure to check out the second page of the glossary for a visual breakdown of different Headless Commerce implementations available.

Feedback? Please drop a comment below if you find this kind of glossary helpful, or if there are other Expert Coaching Sessions that'd benefit from similar resources, and I'll happily cascade suggestion.
