#Einstein Engagement0 discutindo

Hello,

I am wondering questions about Einstein Engagement Frequency :

after adding Frequency Split inside JB, we have different paths, so if I understand it's our job to decide the scenario for each path (for example for Saturated, maybe it's better not drag and drop email, or change with SMS/push) ?

    Hi @Estelle MILLERET

    !

Yes, that would be correct - as the user, you would determine what happens down each of the paths as they are defined. You may or may not want to add emails to Saturated paths, or perhaps you may want to engage with them via SMS or other methods, or even have them exit. Keep in mind that Einstein Engagement Frequency only evaluates email in regards to its calculations.

    Thank you!

I am trying to wrap my head around how/why email name is used as a feature in the einstein engagement scoring models. If the model inputs are the individuals in the account subscriber list, does this mean there is a feature for every email send name, then marked 1 or 0 if that user opened that email? If that is the case, what if a specific email was never even sent to that individual? I would assume then it would impact the prediction for that user, even though it has no true impact on their behavior (since they never recieved it, which is drastically different from not opening it).
