Hi @Shubham Baghel, one thing to know before you pick Files Connect, it opens files that already live in SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, but it doesn't move the files you have, and anything uploaded in Salesforce still lands in Salesforce storage.
SharePoint comes with most Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans, and Google Drive with Google Workspace, so start with whichever your company uses. Move existing files in batches and delete them from Salesforce only once people can find them again.
For new uploads, build the copy yourself with Power Automate or the Graph API, or use an AppExchange app. When comparing apps, check whether files open on the record, whether uploads go straight to the drive, and who controls access.
CloudFiles is one of those apps. It migrates the Salesforce Files you already have into each record's own SharePoint or Drive folder, and the record shows that folder, so people can preview, open and upload files without leaving the record. A flow then copies anything uploaded in Salesforce into the same folder.
Disclosure: I work at CloudFiles.

Which is your best tool for DeDuplication?

Hey, Admin community!
Trying to solve the last part of this Lead challenge for our marketing team, but I'm hitting road blocks and admittedly don't know the best tool for the job as I'm a fairly new admin. I tried to explain this a little better in the attached image as well, but here's my challenge:
Our marketing team wants to capture leads in our website and get them into Salesforce via the web-to-lead form. We have this working (yay!) but as a bonus, when a lead fills out the form on our site, the lead gets emailed a product brochure from us. The challenge is, if we have a lead that wants to download say, 5 specific product brochures, we get 5 lead records for one person. We do want to understand which 5 brochures they downloaded, but ultimately get rid of the duplicate lead records by storing the data elsewhere. Then, removing the duplicated leads and finally, pulling that reference back to the lead page for easy viewing.
It's the last step of pulling the many brochures to (potentially) many lead email addresses (before de-duping) that I'm struggling with. What would be a simple and clean approach for this?
30 de jun. de 2020, 15:54 A bit kludgy but a Flow work-around that might work but I wouldn't super recommend is when a lead is created and the URL is populated it checks to see if another lead is already in the system with that email and isConverted = false. If so it creates a Downloaded Brochures record and attaches it to the found lead then once that record is created deletes the duplicate record that came in.
If no other lead is found then creates the Downloaded Brochures record and attaches it to the current lead record that is coming in.
It gets more tricky if you want this to data to flow to the contact on lead convert or if a contact with that email already exists.
