Document your Org in less than 9 mins. Yes - really. We timed it.. Elements Salesforce Config Manager gives a new view of all your Org customizations so you can answer these critical questions:
- If I change my operational processes what customizations do I need to update in Salesforce?
- If I update any customizations (i.e. migrate to Lightning) what processes are impacted?
- How do we consolidate the multiple Orgs across the company into a smaller subset?

Super interesting tool to clean messy data and export a perfect CSV
Elements.cloud - a quick point of clarification. The Elements.cloud app runs on AWS and requires you to register using your work (or other) email. You use this to login, play around in your Personal Space and create a shared Elements Space.

You can then install the separate free Elements Salesforce Player package and link a Salesforce Org to an Elements Space. The package enables single sign on - the [LOGIN WITH SALESFORCE] button - and the ability to embed process diagrams inside the Elements Tab and your standard and custom objects.

We had a great time running the live process mappings in the #AutomationStation at Dreamforce... Here is the video of the workshop (only up to the part where we started live mapping) https://youtu.be/fZb5NZNKmNQ
I have attached the presentation, and inserted into it the results of the process mapping we did in the 10-15 mins that we had, so you can see the results.

@Richard Parker Question on login in to elements.cloud: I tried in different browsers to login with my Salesforce login, but only get a blank screen. I tried to register with my work email, but never received the confirmation email. Finally I was able to register with a gmail account, which works for now, but when sharing diagrams with colleagues, I would like to be able to be able to use a work related registration.
If that helps, here is the URL that the browser (Firefox) was stuck on when login with my Salesforce production login.

@Christian Pajot Sorry you seem to be having trouble. You should be able to register using your work email, without a problem.
The LOGIN WITH SALESFORCE only works when the Elements Salesforce Player has been installed in your Org. This is part of the free offering. The installation guide & package download link are here

Trying to scan the QR codes or go to the links provided on the business cards handed out in the Automation Station by @Richard Parker and non of them work. bit.do/elements or bit.do/salesforce
Any ideas? I think I can get to the information below but I have a headstart since I am part of this group already.

@Susan Sparks @Gillian Bruce Mystery solved. The QR codes are working - but didn't realise that the short links are case sensitive! so bit.do/Elements to register and bit.do/Salesforce - Thanks again for letting me know :)
