Hi everyone,

I am a Property Manager, who wants to make a transition to a Salesforce Admin role. I feel my PM experience could translate to a Real Estate + Salesforce industry. I hope to get to know some of you and learn more about the SF ecosystem through this group.

@Stuti Kharel Good to see that you are already doing most of things you are supposed to do. We have three real estate clients and all of them are using Propertybase along with Salesforce. Maybe this something you can learn as well to advance in your career.

Hello. I'm looking for a couple potential contractors or possibly W2 employees in the Carolinas and beyond who work as Salesforce Devs and have at least some experience with the real estate industry. I'm based in Greenville, and my company is based in Charlotte, but this would be for a remote opportunity. Referrals welcome.

    Hi Renee,

Is the above opportunity still open?

Hello! New to the group! Long time Property Management professional (Real Estate) now working for an appexchange partner who developed an end-to-end real estate solution on force.com. Excited to be here--I have experience on many of the ERP's available to real estate today, and happy to discuss--I'd also love to talk about the opportunity to leverage all that salesforce has to offer in conjunction with our understanding of the real estate industry--if anyone is interested :) Nice to meet you! Say hi!

If you're like most brokers, you are busy, busy, busy and need tools that streamline data entry, make you more efficient, but most importantly, keep your data secure. Check out DataAmp on the appexchange. It's a free add-on, then you pay as you go for account and contact data. It feels like you have a research team at your disposal and it minimizes data entry and maximizes reporting. If you're already using it, share your experience here!
