While I am trying to do initial data download on mobile app, it failed.

An error log is shown on error log management page.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

    Likely troubleshooting steps

    1. Check Salesforce Mobile / Field Service configuration
      •  Verify that the mobile user's profile and permission sets have the required access.
      •  Confirm the mobile configuration and metadata are published/activated.
    2. Check the mobile app version
      •  Make sure the user is running the latest version of the relevant Salesforce mobile application.
      •  If this is a managed Salesforce Life Sciences mobile app rather than the standard Salesforce mobile app, check the corresponding release/version.
    3. Re-download metadata
      •  Clear/reset the mobile app's local data if the application provides that option.
      •  Log in again and perform the initial download.
      •  A stale or incomplete local metadata package can sometimes cause synchronization problems.
    4. Compare with another user/device
      •  Try the same initial download using another mobile user.
      •  If it works for another user, the issue is likely related to the user's configuration, permissions, or locally cached metadata.
      •  If it fails for everyone, it is more likely a configuration or Salesforce-side issue.
    5. Check recent configuration changes
      •  Look for recently deployed/published metadata, mobile configuration changes, permission-set changes, or package upgrades.
      •  If the problem started immediately after a deployment, that is particularly relevant.
