Hello from a new Trailblazer in Long Beach, Cali 

Hi everyone,

I’m Tonia, and I’m thrilled to officially start my journey as a Salesforce Trailblazer!

I’m currently transitioning into the Salesforce ecosystem with a background as a licensed insurance agent (Medicare/Life). I’ve spent my career helping clients navigate complex systems, and I’m now focused on applying that same problem-solving mindset to Salesforce administration and automation.

I’m currently working toward my Administrator Certification and am excited to connect with this community. If you have any "lessons learned" from your own transition into Salesforce, I’d love to hear them!
