    Hey Daniela, 

     

    Confirmed the correct entry point: this module requires a special-config org, not a general Playground. Per the module, you need to sign up specifically via

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/custom-service-agentforce-prompt-builder

    , that special org has the Coral Cloud Experience Agent pre-provisioned. A regular Developer Edition org or generic Playground won't have it. 

     

    If you already have a Playground for another module in this trail, don't reuse it, create a fresh one from that exact link, then retry.
