The hands-on org, Mi Trailhead Playground is not working. On click of Launch, a new tab opens which says "Stay Tuned...
We are setting things up.
This process can take a few minutes.
This page will auto-refresh when ready."
But after few minutes it says "We hit a snag"
Hi Vishwas,
This usually means the Playground is still being provisioned, but the setup is failing before the org becomes available. Since you’re seeing **“We hit a snag”** after the automatic refresh, I’d suggest trying these steps:
* Go back to the Trailhead module and make sure **Mi Trailhead Playground** is still selected as the Hands-on Org.
* Refresh the Trailhead page and try launching the Playground again.
* If possible, try opening it in an incognito/private window or another browser.
* Give the Playground some time and try again later, as provisioning can sometimes take a while.
If it continues to show **“We hit a snag”** and you still can’t launch the Playground, I’d recommend creating a **Trailhead Help/Support case** so the Trailhead team can check the Playground provisioning from their side.
