I'm trying to complete the Admin Super Set. Each super badge requires you to request a special developer sandbox with special configurations. You request the sandbox here:
Then you receive this email:
When you click "Verify Account" it brings you here:
I can't log in because I HAVEN'T CREATED A PASSWORD YET!. So I open the support chat and ask for a password reset. I've done this five times this week and each time I try to explain that the Verify Account button doesn't work. I've screen shared with them, called, nobody seems to get it. Please tell me I'm missing a step here.
