ATTENTION: Mobile Publisher Android 11.6 & iOS 11.6 Builds are rolling out

11.6 for Android coming to you starting 8/16

Fixed app crash happening during login/logout activity when the refresh token was configured to be short lived.

11.6 for iOS coming to you starting 8/23

Fixed an issue where persistent login was intermittently failing and causing performance issues.
Updated the minimum iOS target to 15.0.
Cleaned up code around URL management that was deprecated in the prior release.
Enabled web view debugging for Xcode 14.3 and later.
