I tried to register an exam ( App Builder) but payment got failed ,again tried to register an exam it throws an error as Voucher has been used ( I can't Reschedule the same) with Same Voucher

I tried to register an exam ( App Builder) but payment got failed ,again tried to register an exam it throws an error as Voucher has been used ( I can't Reschedule the same) with Same Voucher.Please help to get resolved.
