@Kevin Noschang thank you very much for this detailed overview. With security and data residency requirements (of which Heroku doesn't meet data residency) we won't be able to use it. It's too bad as it looks like it would be an extremely useful tool. I appreciate your information so I could make an informed decision before moving forward.
