This is the first module of
Service Agent Customization with Prompt Builder. I have tried several times to delete and re-create the prompt template with the required model still the error keeps on showing. Any help?

OpenAIChatGPT 4.0 Omni Mini model is further down but you don't realize this because it is very easy to think it is the "same" as the ChatGPT 4.0 Omni Mini on the top and if you test it with that model, it works too. I have suggested they move those "Open AI" models right below the "ChatGPT" ones so people don't get confused...
