I have a segment triggered flow where I want to have a descicion split based on a campaign status (reponded or not). Somehow I am not able to add this, do I need a datagraph to do this?
Another question: can I update emails after starting the flow? Or what is the best practise here?

Hi Liesbeth,
Yes, you need a Data Graph containing the Campaign Members.
You can republish an email used in a Flow, the Flow should then your latest version.
