When going to select "Agentforce Employee Agent" it does not show this as an option. See picture attached. I have verified that I have Einstein and Agentforce turned on.

@Emily Daigle I created org from Developer Edition org with Agentforce for employees access and turned on Agentforce Studio and its here in the org see below. May be you are logged in to wrong org after org is created.
