The error indicates that Trailhead cannot find the required VIP Contact “Jane Grey”
in your Playground. Please verify that the contact was created with the exact name and required field values mentioned in the challenge, and make sure you are checking the challenge in the same Playground where you created it.
After that, try Check Challenge again.
