"billing" doesn't pop up

I am on this step: 

  1. From the App Launcher search for and select Service.
  2. Click the Cases tab.
  3. Click New.
  4. Select Billing and click Next

 

But Billing doesn't pop up when i select New?

    Hi, Make sure Billing record type is assigned to your profile. Setu > Profile > Open Your profile > Object Settings > Cases.
