We use account engagement.
On Salesforce, I added a custom checkbox type field “registered in the customer area” to the Contact object. The default is Unchecked.
In Account Engagement, we have added a custom “customer area registration” field (see screenshot)
A scenario has been defined and must be launched when the field value is true
However, when the box is checked on Salesforce, nothing is launched.
Can you help me ?

Try changing the field type in Account Engagement to radio button. It's what's generally recommended to match to a salesforce checkbox. See details here.
