This is a question from the August 16 Nonprofit Ask Me Anything sessions - I am relaying the question asked live in the session + the resources the hosts shared as a follow-up.
Mine is mainly about using Case Management for organisations - we have a service where we match people with Down's Syndrome with potential employers and so would potentially treat each as a case (potential employee case, potential employer case) and then link them for a role. any thoughts on using case management vs bespoke config?

- Definitely prototype this vs spending too much time building the ‘perfect’ system to test it

Good call on doing an mvp test to see if it works and build a demo of it.
