Dynamic Related Lists for me too. We keep track of 'Key Contacts' for Accounts, and used a component to filter a related list by Key Contact checkbox, and to show the Key Contact Attributes of those Contacts. Now it can be filtered and displayed as wanted directly on the Lightning Page!
