I use process builder to send the survey notification to contact of the associated case When case status is close . But when i try to close the case or choose any value in case status field it will send more than 5 mail to that contact . please see the attached screenshot of Process Builder. #Process Builder #Salesforce Surveys #TrailblazerCommunityHelp

That makes sense, I created a field which will update with text after it is sent and the original criteria looks for that field where IS NULL is True.
