Natural Language Search for Custom Objects: Admins we want to talk to you!
Hi All,
Natural Language Search currently supports a limited set of standard objects (account, opportunities, leads, contacts, cases). As an example users can type “my open opportunities this month” or “cases in progress last week” within the global search box. We have heard from you that extending this to your custom objects and fields would be valuable. We would like to talk with you to better understand
- If users could type anything in the search box, what would those be?
- What tasks are hard in salesforce that could be simplified using natural language?
- Share our current product concepts in order to gather feedback
