We are running into some questions regarding #Cybersource and #Chargent . Seems like neither vendor wants to help us with the implementation. Are there any folks out there with NPSP integration experience with these two vendors?? We'd love to pick your brain!

@Anne Young unfortunately we're still trying to work with these vendors. It almost seems like our account isn't "important" enough. They keep referring us to the 800 technical support line. We're having our partners @IdealistConsulting escalate it on their end.
