Visual Studio Code error: sf:INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS: use of the Metadata API requires a user with the ModifyAllData or ModifyMetadata permissions

Trying to complete: Create a Hello World Lightning Web Component : https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-lightning-web-components/create-a-hello-world-lightning-web-component

 

Trying to "Deploy to Source Org", Using a 

 

Error indicates user permission error, but I'm using a System Administrator profile with both of these permissions. Have tried adding every API connection/permission I can think of in a permission set, incl Modify Data Through Metadata API Functions.

 

What am I missing?

    Hi Ramu,

     

    I was able to resolve this by Authorizing the Org with Salesforce Authenticator. I have another error now. I will log another Q.
