The Lightning Experience interface is different and users will need to do some re-learning. We have several types of training and onboarding materials that you can leverage. The best place to start is the Lightning Experience Transition Change Management Hub, which has links to Trailhead content for end users and the Enablement Pack, which includes a customizable training deck.
